High integration: Chip packaging (such as 2835, 5730) supports SMT process and is suitable for automated mass production.
Energy saving: The luminous efficiency of white light 2835 reaches 150lm/W, which saves more than 70% energy compared with traditional light sources.
Long life: Ceramic substrate lamp beads (such as 3535) have thermal resistance ≤5℃/W and a lifespan of over 50,000 hours.
limitation
Heat dissipation bottleneck: High-power lamp beads (such as 3W 3535) require additional heat dissipation design, otherwise the light decay will be accelerated.
Cost difference: High color rendering (Ra ≥ 90) models are 30% – 50% more expensive than ordinary lamp beads.
Model Selection
Home lighting: 2835 (0.2W-0.5W) is the first choice, which balances light efficiency and cost, and is suitable for ceiling lamps and downlights.
Industrial lighting: 5730 (0.5W) or 3535 (1W-3W), meeting the requirements of high brightness and weather resistance.
Automotive lighting: Ceramic-based 3535 (red/blue light), temperature resistant -40°C~85°C, suitable for instrument backlight and ambient light
